WGTY/York, PA Completes 'Walk A Mile In Her Shoes'

Kudos to FOREVER MEDIA Country WGTY (FROGGY 107.7)/YORK, PA, which won the Media Award for raising the most amount of money during the "WALK A MILE IN HER SHOES" event benefiting the YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION (YWCA) SAFE HOME in HANOVER, PA. Additionally, WGTY PD SCOTT DONATO was awarded for raising the most amount of money by an individual. The FROGGY crew played a big part in the event's grand total of $30,000 raised to help victims of domestic violence, with DONATO, MD DAN DOUGLAS, morning co-host LARRY RHOTEN, and other staffers strutting their classiest high heels to complete a mile-long walk.

"This event has grown in leaps and bounds since it started six years ago," DONATO told ALL ACCESS. "Our goal is to continue to raise awareness for domestic abuse throughout SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA. We're thrilled we surpassed our goal again!"
