WHBC-A, WHBC-F (Mix 94.1)/Canton, OH Raise Funds For Wishes Can Happen

ALPHA MEDIA News-Talk WHBC-A and Hot AC WHBC-F (MIX 94.1)/CANTON, OH, partnered with client AULTCARE, raised $213,946 for WISHES CAN HAPPEN, INC. in a radiothon AUGUST 9-10 from the parking lot at SPRINGBROOK PLAZA.  The event included testimonials from families whose wishes were granted by the organization as well as families about to receive a wish, with special tributes for children who did not survive their illnesses.

Market Manager LARRY GAWTHROP said, “The staff at WHBC and MIX 94.1 works very hard to make this event bigger and better every year. We feel very privileged to have created an event that continues to grow, allowing WISHES CAN HAPPEN to grant more wishes for local kids every year.”
