KBSZ (Funny 1260)/Phoenix Adds 'Ronnie & Bo'

1TV.COM Comedy KBSZ-A (FUNNY 1260 AM)/APACHE JUNCTION-PHOENIX, AZ is adding a new morning show, starting SEPTEMBER 5th. Former "THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO" joke writer RONNIE MERRILL and veteran radio host BO WOODS are joining the FUNNY 1260 lineup; they have been hosting the "RONNIE & BO" podcast.  The syndicated TODAY'S COMEDY format otherwise currently provides FUNNY 1260's programming.

WOODS, who has worked at Classic Hits stations like KRTH (K-EARTH 101)/LOS ANGELES, KLUV/DALLAS, and KCBQ-F/SAN DIEGO, said, “We are thrilled to be working with program manager LEN NOVIN,” while MERRELL added, “Working in a stand-up format such as FUNNY 1260 AM brings me back to my roots of writing comedy for the TONIGHT SHOW.”
