Alex Silverman Named PD At KYW/Philadelphia

ENTERCOM News KYW-A/PHILADELPHIA has named ALEX SILVERMAN as its new PD, starting SEPTEMBER 24th.  SILVERMAN, formerly Assistant Dir./News and Programming for sister WCBS-A/NEW YORK, replaces STEVE BUTLER, who announced earlier this year that he is leaving as Dir./News and Programming and corporate News format captain.
