Maria Palmer Joins WEND (106.5 The End)/Charlotte As MD/Evening Host

iHEARTMEDIA Alternative WEND (106.5 THE END)/CHARLOTTE names MARIA PALMER as MD/Evening Host. She will also lead WEND’s social media accounts where she’ll regularly update and engage with listeners on multiple social platforms. PALMER joins from WASHINGTON, D.C., where she began her radio career as the swing shift, fill-in and weekend talent on Alternative WWDC (DC101) and Country WMZQ.

PALMER replaces TAMO, who moved to iHEARTMEDIA Alternative KYSR (ALT 98.7)/LOS ANGELES for middays a couple months ago (NET NEWS, 7/16).
