Senate Panel Slates Decency, Broadcast Flag Hearings

The SENATE COMMERCE COMMITEE has set the dates for several hearings that affect the media, with the radio and music-related panels including a "decency" hearing on JANUARY 19 and a panel on the broadcast and audio flag on JANUARY 31. The hearings list does not yet include any legislation mark-ups, which are not scheduled quite so far in advance.
