Brown Elevated At Radio One Washington

RADIO ONE has boosted veteran program director KATHY BROWN to Operations Manager for their WASHINGTON cluster. BROWN, who had been OM for Urban AC WMMJ (MAJIC-102.3), will now be in charge of Urban WKYS (93-KYS) as well.
