iHEARTMEDIA Urban WGCI (107.5)/CHICAGO is back on track for the annual MUSIC SUMMIT.  The event will be presented by AT&T and take place will on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 10th from 8:30a-6p (CT) at The HAROLD WASHINGTON CULTURAL CENTER.

PD JOHNNIE D. said, “The Hip-Hop music scene is more vibrant than ever in CHICAGO. This is a perfect time to bring the MUSIC SEMINAR, now called MUSIC SUMMIT, back to CHICAGOLAND. It will be a powerful day of networking, education and entertainment for aspiring artists.”

iHEARTMEDIA/CHICAGO Region Pres. MATT SCARANO added, “We are excited to bring back the 107.5 WGCI MUSIC SUMMIT. This heritage community event provides an opportunity to showcase CHICAGO artists, open doors to music careers and allow our advertisers to engage directly with the 107.5 WGCI brand and listeners.”

The purpose of the event is to give CHICAGO artists, producers, songwriters, and managers an inside look on what it takes to make it in the music business. The MUSIC SUMMIT will be hosted by WGCI morning co-hosts LEON ROGERS, KENDRA G AND KYLE, middays FRANKIE ROBINSON, PM drive TONE KAPONE, and evening host DJ MOON DAWG.  There will be special appearances with special appearances by recording artists JACQUEES, JEREMIH, DREEZY AND KEKE PALMER; more to be announced.

There will also include panel discussions, networking, performances, and a new artist showcase. Participants will also get the opportunity to compete for an artist development and business meeting with ROC NATION and 300 ENTERTAINMENT.
