CUMULUS MEDIA has appointed 20-year radio programming veteran ROBERT ELFMAN as PD of AC WGNI (102.7 GNI) and Classic Rock WKXS (94.5 THE HAWK)/WILMINGTON, NC. Most recently, ELFMAN was OM/PD/morning drive for Top 40 KJCK, PD for N/T KJCK-A and on-air at Classic Rock KVGB/MANHATTAN, KS.
