Annual Turkey Drop Helps Families In Philly Area

BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP’s Classic Rock WMGK/PHILADELPHIA has announced the annual JOHN DEBELLA Turkey Drop on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20^th from 6-9a (ET) outside THE KIMMEL CENTER in PHILADELPHIA. This annual event is the largest one-day food gathering event of its kind in the city of Brotherly Love.

Legendary morning show host JOHN DEBELLA  will broadcast live from the event and accept monetary and turkey donations to benefit CITY TEAM PHILADELPHIA, a non-profit organization which provides food and services year round to less fortunate individuals, families, shelters and agencies in the local community. Last year's event raised more than 12,800 turkeys. 

In addition, members of the WMGK on-air staff will be accepting donations at nine additional locations, including 12 ACME Market locations located throughout PENNSYLVANIA, NEW JERSEY and DELAWARE.
