In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, HOUSTON CHRISTIAN BROADCASTERS, INC. is buying Tejano KEJS (POWER 104.3)/BROWNFIELD-LUBBOCK, TX from BARTON BROADCASTING COMPANY for $225,000.  MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's BILL WHITLEY served as exclusive broker for the deal.

In deals that did show up this morning in the FCC database, THE VOICE RADIO, LLC is selling Classic Rock WXSH (106.1 THE VAULT)/POCOMOKE CITY, MD to MICHAEL POWELL for $150,000.

FOSTER CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INC. is selling Classic Country KMBL-A and K234DE/JUNCTION, TX to TENN-VOL CORP. for $25,000.

SIOUX VALLEY BROADCASTING COMPANY is assigning K262DH/OAKES, ND and K242CZ/VALLEY CITY, ND to I3G MEDIA, INC. as part of the transfer of licenses for various stations owned by siblings ROBERT J. INGSTAD, TALLIE COLVILLE, TODD INGSTAD to I3G, also owned by the INGSTAD siblings.

MISSISSIPPI AUTHORITY FOR EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION  has applied for an STA to operate noncommercial WMAH/BILOXI at reduced power due to an antenna line leak.

Requesting Silent STAs were CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. (K213EH and K204DK/CHICO, CA and K254BF/OROVILLE, CA, no power due to Camp Fire) and JIMMY N MC COLLUM (KLMX-A/CLAYTON, NM, lost program feed and problems with transmitter).

PHILIP VON KAHLE, assignee for the benefit of creditors, has filed for an extension of the Silent STA for WFFG/MARATHON, FL due to a landlord-tenant dispute.

COATES CONSULTING, LLC has closed on the transfer of KTLU-A and K280CL/RUSK, TX to EAST TEXAS RESULTS MEDIA, LLC, a subsidiary 51% owned by the seller's NEW DIRECTIONS MEDIA GROUP, LLC, for $100,000 cash.

BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGEMENT has closed on the sale of Country KOTE/EUREKA, KS to STEPHEN J. BROWN, JR. for $125,000.  The buyer has been programming the station under a time brokerage agreement.

And in a closing of a sale first filed in 2014, AIRPORT INVESTORS L.P. has closed on the sale of W271BV/HAGERSTOWN, MD to MANNING BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.

EARLIMART EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION INC. has turned in its license for KNAC/EARLIMART, CA.

LA SEMILLA's license for low power KPPH-LP/SANTA ANA, CA has been cancelled after its license expired and the Commission received no response to a cancellation notice letter.

And while it hasn't yet filed a Silent STA request, WYZE RADIO INC. (GHB BROADCASTING) has taken Gospel WYZE-A/ATLANTA off the air, according to the ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION. VP JACOB BOGAN told the AJC's RODNEY HO that he plans to either move the station or sell it; repairs to the current facility were "too cost prohibitive to fix," BOGAN said.
