  The FCC has deleted the proposed rule change regarding posting station licenses in specific locations from the agenda for TOMORROW's Open Meeting.
  
  The rule change is part of the Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative. The deletion came after the change, which was unopposed, was approved in advance of the meeting.
