EAGLE RADIO Sports KOOQ-A/NORTH PLATTE, NE ends an 11-year run as an ESPN station (NET NEWS 10/19/2007) and flips, along with translator, to Classic Hits. The station had spent the month of DECEMBER stunting with CHRISTMAS MUSIC as “REINDEER RADIO.” 

Besides playing "NORTH PLATTE’s Greatest Hits from the '70s, '80s and '90s," the station website, , reports that the "MORNINGS WITH SCOTTY C AND KYLE" will debut on JANUARY 2nd.

The station will remain as "the exclusive voice of the NORTH PLATTE BULLDOGS and THE NORTH PLATTE COMMUNITY COLLEGE KNIGHTS." In a previous post, station management noted that the "DENVER BRONCOS and the KANSAS CITY ROYALS will still be a big part of what goes on the air."
