SEVEN HILLS MEDIA, INC. is selling Religion WKPA-A and the construction permit for W298CN/LYNCHBURG, VA to MEL WHEELER, INC. for $205,000 ($60,000 of which goes to DAVID H. MORAN for real estate).

In other filings with the FCC, in a two-step transaction under the supervision of U.S. Bankruptcy Court, RP BROADCASTING IDAHO LS, LLC is transferring its stations in the JACKSON, WY and SUN VALLEY, ID markets to sister company RP BROADCASTING IDAHO, LLC, which will in turn sell the SUN VALLEY stations to MAGIC VALLEY MEDIA, LLC for $475,000 plus an LMA before closing.

The SUN VALLEY cluster going to MAGIC VALLEY includes Classic Rock KECH-F, Triple A KSKI-F (94.5 K-SKI), and Hot AC KYZK (STAR 107.5)/SUN VALLEY, ID,  News-Talk KOUW (KID NEWSRADIO)/ISLAND PARK, ID,  and K276DW/KETCHUM, ID.

The JACKSON cluster, remaining with RP,under the court's supervision, includes Country KJAX, Triple A KMTN (96.9 THE MOUNTAIN), Classic Rock KZJH (KZ95), and News-Talk KSGT-A-K242BU/JACKSON and K265DA/TETON VILLAGE, WY.  K239AU and K281BH/DRIGGS, ID also remain with RP.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K217DJ/KEMAH, TX to CALVARY CHAPEL OF SOUTHEAST HOUSTON, INC. for $60,000.  The primary station will be low power FM KEPH-LP/FRIENDSWOOD, TX.

Applying for STAs were CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. (KPHX-A/PHOENIX, new temporary antenna at CP site for diplex with KSUN-A); KONA COAST RADIO, LLC (KNIT-A/SALT LAKE CITY, increased STA power); and CALVIN MURRAY (KJMG/BASTROP, LA, reduced power from temporary site due to losing licensed site; STA facility would not cover BASTROP but "something on the air is better than nothing at all").

Requesting Silent STAs were IMMANUEL BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. (W222AF/MARIETTA, GA, "IBN was forced to remove WORLD ONE INVESTMENT/LARRY EDWARDS from the signal"); RUFUS RESOURCES, LLC (KIBQ/AUSTWELL, TX, awaiting installation of primary electrical feed to site); and CIVIC LIGHT OPERA CULTURAL ARTS ACADEMY (KCLA-LP/SAN PEDRO, CA, transmission equipment malfunctioned due to heavy rains).

And FAMILY STATIONS, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for K238AC/SALIDA, CA due to interference issues.
