“We really want to explore how systems of power and capital and technology control whose voices get heard and whose don’t,” said SCHWARTZ. “I’m hoping this event series gives people a space to discuss something of the biggest issues in the podcast space right now -- questions of funding and labor and intellectual property. Things are changing quickly, and this could be a time for content creators to come together and shape the future of podcasting.”
