The ALOHA STATION TRUST II LLC is transferring Classic Hits KRRZ-A/MINOT, ND back to iHEARTMEDIA's CC LICENSES, LLC.

In other filings with the FCC, MM&K OF ALVA INC. is selling Oldies KALV-A (GOOD TIME OLDIES 1430)/ALVA, OK to BLUE SKY MEDIA, LLC for $136,000.

The price by which GRAY TELEVISION LICENSEE, LLC is selling Spanish Adult Hits KEYU-F (102.9 MUNDO FM)/AMARILLO to ALPHA MEDIA LICENSEE LLC is $250,000. The price was not disclosed when broker KALIL & CO. announced the deal last week. The sale does not include the call letters and MUNDO FM trademark and websites/social media, which are staying with GRAY.

Applying for STAs were MONARCH BROADCASTING, INC. (KQTZ/HOBART, OK, reduced power due to transmitter failure); EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. (W214BV/PORT CHARLOTTE, FL, new location after losing lease; K271BV/ORCUTT, CA, new location after losing lease); and HILLTOP COMMUNICATIONS, LLC (WTTR-A/WESTMINSTER, MD, operation under new construction permit while towers are being decommissioned and removed).

Filing for Silent STAs were CALVARY CHAPEL SOUTHEAST HOUSTON (K217DJ/KEMAH, TX, moving site); WHITE FOX HORSE RESCUE (KTCN/ACTON, CA, awaiting approval for move to new site); IGLESIA DE CRISTO 'LUZ Y GLORIA' MINISTERIOS LLAMADA FINAL (KGZF-LP/FRESNO, CA, storm damage); BRIDGELIGHT, LLC (W232AL/POMONA, NY, CUMULUS pulled programming feed on MAY 1st after bankruptcy court nullified programming agreement, station plans to move to new tower site); WILLCOX RADIO (K251CG/WILLCOX, AZ, transmitter trouble); and DAKOTA COMMUNICATIONS, LTD. WDNG, INC. has closed on the sale of AC WDNG-A and W236CQ (MY 95)/ANNISTON, AL to ADAM and KAREN STOCKS' STOCKS MEDIA, INC. for $130,000.

DR. MICHAEL AUGUSTUS CULTURAL AND MUSICAL ARTS FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of KYWY/PINE BLUFFS, WY to ERIC HENDERSON's E MEDIA USA LLC for $15,000.

AWAKEN FM, INC. has closed on the transfer of Silent WZQY/GLADE SPRING, VA back to DAVID W. BLAIR for release of a $275,000 promissory note after losing its lease on its currently licensed tower site.

And VIC MICHAEL's CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the swap of K205FM/HONOLULU to KEKAHU FOUNDATION, INC. for K284AL/HALEIWA, HI. The primary station for K205FM will be KAQA/KILAUEA, KAUAI, HI and the primary station for K284AL will be Contemporary Christian KLUU (K-LOVE)/WAHIAWA, MAUI, HI.

Also, STEINMAN COMMUNICATIONS' DELMARVA BROADCASTING COMPANY (DREG CANTON LLC, DREG2 SALEM LLC, DREG3 HDG, LLC) has closed on the sale of  Hot AC WSTW and News-Talk WDEL-A/WILMINGTON, DE; News-Talk WDEL-F/CANTON, NJ; Gospel WFAI-A (FAITH 1510)/SALEM, NJ; Country WXCY/HAVRE DE GRACE, MD; Classic Hits WAVD (97.1 THE WAVE)/OCEAN PINES, MD;  News-Talk WXDE (DELAWARE 105.9)/LEWES, DE; and Classic Hits WNCL (COOL 101.3), Top 40 WAFL (EAGLE 97.7) and Sports WYUS-A-W271CX (ESPN DELAWARE)/MILFORD, DE to KERBY CONFER and DONALD ALT's FOREVER MEDIA (FM RADIO LICENSES, LLC, FOREVER OF DL, LLC, FOREVER IF NJ, LLC, FOREVER OF MD, LLC) for $18.5 million. MICHAEL BERGNER of BERGNER AND CO. served as broker for the deal.
