POLNET COMMUNICATIONS, LTD. is selling Silent WRXB-A/ST. PETERSBURG BEACH, FL and W243AK/BRADENTON, FL to SAM ROGATINSKY's TAMPA RADIO, INC. for $165,000.

In other filings with the FCC, the price for the previously-announced sale by the UNIVERSITY OF EVANSVILLE of noncommercial Jazz/Variety WUEV/EVANSVILLE, IN to WAY MEDIA, INC. is $150,000. The price, disclosed in the sale contract filed with the FCC, excludes the call letters.

Filing for STAs were ARMADA MEDIA - WATERTOWN, INC.  (KPHR/ORTONVILLE, MN, reduced power due to antenna damage from ice storm); CCR-SIERRA VISTA IV, LLC (KTAN-A/SIERRA VISTA, AZ); and INSPIRATION MEDIA, INC.
