Sykamore Signs With Music Knox Records And BBR Music Group

NASHVILLE-based label MUSIC KNOX RECORDS, a joint venture between Country music producer MICHAEL KNOX and BBR MUSIC GROUP/BMG, has signed singer-songwriter SYKAMORE as its first artist. She moved to NASHVILLE in 2017 after being discovered on TWITTER by hit songwriter RHETT AKINS, and signed a publishing deal with AKINS' and son THOMAS RHETT's company, HOME TEAM. In 2018, SYKAMORE self-released an EP, titled "Self Medicine," which has gotten more than 1.4 million streams to date.

The native of ALBERTA, CANADA is managed by JAKE KENNEDY at THE ANVIL.

The BBR/BMG family has been incredible, and I can’t wait to work with them and put out some great songs!”
