Miami Radio Star Stuart Elliott Has Passed On

It's with very deep sadness that we report the news that cancer has taken the life of MIAMI radio legend STUART ELLIOTT following a courageous battle. He passed away peacefully early this morning (7/10).  Our deepest condolences to his brothers JOEL & JEFFREY and his family and many friends.

Always up and excited about life, even when in lots of pain, STUART was one of the best examples that attitude is everything -- especially during his 17 month war against cancer.

ALL ACCESS President & Publisher JOEL DENVER noted, "When I came to WMJX (96X)/MIAMI as PD in JULY 1977, STUART ELLIOTT was the first person I met on the air staff ... and he and I became great friends, instantly.  We maintained contact all of these years.  His energy and positivity set him apart from so many ... and he valiantly carried that forward until the very end.  Miss you and love you, brother."

Over the last decade STUART teamed with ALAN MICHAELS to help with www.SouthFloridaRadio.com and the online station 96XRadio.com.
