Brian Hatfield Named Operations Dir. For MacDonald/Saginaw, Succeeding Greg Cole

Country radio veteran and MICHIGAN native BRIAN HATFIELD joins MACDONALD BROADCASTING/SAGINAW, MI as Operations Dir., effective today (7/19). He is handling PD duties for Country WKCQ (98-KCQ), as well as overseeing Adult Hits WMJO (97.3 JOE FM), and AC simulcast WSAM/WSAG (THE BAY). HATFIELD succeeds GREG COLE, who has held the role since 2011.

HATFIELD’s background includes stints as APD/MD/afternoon personality at KYGO/DENVER, as well as jobs at KCYY/SAN ANTONIO and nine years at WKSF/ASHEVILLE. His radio resume also includes time at WKKT/CHARLOTTE, WYCD/DETROIT, WSOC/CHARLOTTE, KKAT/SALT LAKE CITY and WTQR/GREENSBORO. Most recently, he helmed syndicator HATFIELD MEDIA and was was National Sales Dir. for the RADIOMAX mobile app.
