SALEM COMMUNICATIONS HOLDING CORPORATION is selling Spanish Religion WKAT-A-W249DM (RADIO LUZ)/CORAL GABLES-MIAMI; Business News-Talk WZAB-A (AM 880 THE BIZ)/SWEETWATER-MIAMI; Spanish Religion WLCC-A/BRANDON-TAMPA-W282CI/TAMPA (RADIO LUZ); and Business News-Talk WWMI-A (AM 1380 THE BIZ) and the construction permit for W260DM/ST. PETERSBURG, FL  to IMMACULATE HEART MEDIA, INC. for $8,218,875.
