RADIO ONE Urban AC WDMK (105.9 KISS-FM)/DETROIT debuted the REACH MEDIA syndicated evening show LOVE AND R&B Hosted by AL B. SURE!. Radio veteran SEAN ANDRE is the shows producer.

The show also recently debuted in DALLAS, WASHINGTON D.C., ST. LOUIS, CINCINNATI, RALEIGH-DURHAM, RICHMOND and COLUMBUS, OH. (NET NEWS 8/5)

SURE’s radio career started in the early 2000s during a visit to the BAY AREA for a charity event. He did an on-air interview and the PD heard it. He was asked to consider doing a weekend show. Shortly after came syndication of his SECRET GARDEN format of romantic classic hit music and celebrity interviews focused on relationship topics.

The singer’s entertainment history spans three decades. He launched his career with the 1988 WARNER BROS. album “In Effect Mode.” It was certified triple platinum and reached the #1 position on the R&B charts. His trophy case has 4 GRAMMYS, an AMERICAN MUSIC AWARD for Best New R & B Artist, and more than 75 ASCAP awards for writing and composition performance.
