Chapter 7 trustee MICHAEL THOMSON is selling K261EN/GREENVILLE, UT to TRI-STAR MEDIA, LLC for $10,000. The station was previously licensed to COMMUNITY TRANSLATOR NETWORK, LLC, which filed for Chapter 11 in 2015; the Bankruptcy Court converted the case to Chapter 7 in 2017 and named THOMSON as trustee. The primary station is AC KMXD (MY 100)/MONROE, UT.
In other filings with the FCC, ENTERCOM LICENSE, LLC has requested an STA to operate WKTK/CRYSTAL RIVER-GAINESVILLE, FL with reduced power due to a damaged antenna.
And THE SCHOOL BOARD OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA has applied for an STA to operate WKWM/MARATHON, FL at reduced power pending repairs to a filter in the station's transmission system.
