In other filings with the FCC, PENFOLD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling noncommercial Religion WTPG/WHITEHOUSE-TOLEDO, OH to TAYLOR UNIVERSITY BROADCASTING, INC. for $500,000.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has applied for an STA to operate WKLU/BROWNSBURG, IN at reduced power due to location at incorrect coordinates.

TITUS HARVEST DOME SPECTRUM CHURCH, INC. has requested Silent STAs for WZAZ-A/JACKSONVILLE, FL due to transmitter problems and W254CW/JACKSONVILLE because of primary station WZAZ's problems.

Also, broker MICHAEL BERGNER reports that URBAN ONE has closed on the sale of Urban AC WDMK (105.9 KISS FM) and three translators, Gospel W260DB-W252BX-W228CJ (DETROIT PRAISE NETWORK)/DETROIT, to BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP, INC. for $13.5 million.
