THE ERIE RADIO COMPANY, LLC is selling Top 40 WEHP (HAPPI 92.7)/LAWRENCE PARK-ERIE, PA to BRIAN LILLY's SJL OF PENNSYLVANIA, INC. for $1.33 million. LILLY BROADCASTING owns CBS and THE CW affiliate WSEE-TV/ERIE and bought Classic Hits WRRN (92 GOLD), News-Talk WNAE-A-W244DY (NEWS TALK 96.7 FM)/WARREN, PA and Country WKNB (KINZUA COUNTRY 104.3)/CLARENDON, PA in the market earlier this year; it also operates SJL's NBC affiliate WICU-TV/ERIE.

In another filing with the FCC, CASPER COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is selling Adult Hits WCWI (WISCONSIN 106)/ADAMS, WI to MARCUS C. JAEGER's HEART OF WISCONSIN MEDIA, LLC for $350,000 plus annual bonuses based on billing and $175,000 for real property.
