SPRING CREEK CHRISTIAN CENTER is transferring low power FM KDHE-LP/SPRING CREEK, NV to THE BRIDGE BAPTIST CHURCH OF NEVADA.

In other transactions filed with the FCC, MOISES ABRAHAM GONZALEZ is transferring the licenses of Hot AC KBNU, Country KVOU (COYOTE COUNTRY 104.9), and Tejano KUVA (U102.3)/UVALDE, TX and Tejano KEPS-A and Hot AC KINL (POWER 92.7)/EAGLE PASS, TX from ROCA RADIO, LLC to SOUTH TEXAS RADIO, LLC. GONZALEZ controls both companies but Mexican citizen ROBERTO TREVINO holds 20% of ROCA and GONZALEZ owns 100% of SOUTH TEXAS RADIO.

WLBE 790, INC. has applied for an STA to operate WLBE-A/LEESBURG-EUSTIS, FL with reduced power due to equipment failure.

MARSHFIELD BROADCASTING CO., INC. has applied for a Silent STA for WBMS-A/BROCKTON, MA while it installs electrical service to the site.

SAM ROGATINSKY's GULF COAST BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of Country WKNK (103.5 HANK FM)/CALLAWAY, FL, Adult Hits WASJ (BOB FM 105.1)/PANAMA CITY BEACH, and Classic Rock WRBA (CLASSIC ROCK 95.9)/SPRINGFIELD, FL to AARON S. LEE's GREAT AMERICAN MEDIA, L.L.C. for $700,000.

And JP BROADCASTING CORP. has closed on the sale of WJIT-A and W267DD/SABANA, PR to AURIO A. MATOS BARRETO for $260,000.
