According to sources, including THE DAILY MAIL, the first cannabis cafe in AMERICA is set to open on TODAY (9/30) in WEST HOLLYWOOD. Called LOWELL FARMS, the 220-seat cafe, which features indoor and outdoor seating so that customers can partake of "pre-rolled joints, edibles, or THC-infused drinks to enjoy over a cup of coffee or tea with friends."
What makes this even more special is that key investors include singer/songwriter MILEY CYRUS, DJ MARK RONSON and comedian CHRIS ROCK along with DAVID ELIAS, co-founder of LOS ANGELES-based LOWELL HERB CO... hence the name of the restaurant, LOWELL FARMS.
And, "the outdoor café includes a THC- and CBD-based menu, along with an area to smoke and vape marijuana or eat edibles," as well as "a non-infused food menu from renowned chef ANDREA DRUMMER."
There will be no booze served as alcoholic drinks, by CALIFORNIA state law, are not allowed to sold or consumed at the same time.
