The third annual edition of iHEARTRADIO's annual ALTer EGO music event will be headlined by BILLIE EILISH, THE BLACK KEYS, blink-182, THE LUMINEERS, REX ORANGE COUNTY and SHAED. The concert, scheduled for JANUARY 18th and sponsored by CAPITAL ONE, will be held at THE FORUM in INGLEWOOD, CA and will be hosted by iHEARTMEDIA Alternative KYSR (ALT 98.7)/LOS ANGELES and syndicated morning host JEFF "WOODY" FIFE and will be streamed via LIVEXLIVE as well as airing on over 70 Alternative and Rock iHEARTRADIO stations.
Tickets for the event will go on sale first in a pre-sale for CAPITAL ONE cardholders starting this MONDAY (10/14) at 10a through next WEDNESDAY, including a "CAPITAL ONE Access Pass" option for a pre-event with blink-182. Members of ALT 98.7's "The LIST" will have pre-same access OCTOBER 17-18, and general ticket sales will begin on OCTOBER 18th. Trips to see the show live will be given away in a nationwide promotion beginning OCTOBER 28th and airing on over 85 iHEARTRADIO Alternative, Rock, and Classic Rock stations.
“I’m pretty sure they meant to call another show to host instead of THE WOODY SHOW,” said WOODY. “This event, this lineup, is WAY out of our league. That said, it’s going to be incredible. I can’t see how this night could end up any other way!”
“For the third year in a row, iHEARTRADIO is bringing the biggest names in Alternative and Rock music together for one huge night,” said KYSR PD and iHEARTMEDIA Alternative Rock Brand Manager LISA WORDEN. “This is a show everyone will love.”
“We are excited to expand our partnership with iHEARTRADIO and bring cardholders exclusive access to iHEARTRADIO ALTer EGO for the first time,” said CAPITAL ONE VP/Sponsorships and Experiential Marketing BYRON DAUB. “We’re always looking for unique ways to provide our customers access to things they’re passionate about, like music and entertainment.”
