Denver Sports Talker Costa: I'll Sue Avalanche Over Credentials Flap

Talk KRCN-A/DENVER-RADIO COLORADO NETWORK sports talker DINO COSTA says he's suing the COLORADO AVALANCHE because the NHL team refuses to grant him press credentials to cover games. The battle goes back several years to when COSTA was still at crosstown CRAWFORD Sports KLZ-A and the team claimed COSTA referred to GM PIERRE LACROIX using a denigrating term, which COSTA vigorously denies. The battle between the team's JEAN MARTINEAU and COSTA has continued until now, when COSTA says he has no choice but to resort to legal action.
