Pastor And WMFE/Orlando Radio Host Facing Child Sexual Abuse Allegations Reportedly Commits Suicide

The Rev. BRYAN GEORGE FULWIDER, co-host of COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS noncommercial News-Talk WMFE/ORLANDO's weekly "FRIENDS TALKING FAITH," was found dead in his home in ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL SUNDAY night (10/29), an apparent suicide, reports CBS affiliate WKMG-TV/ORLANDO.
FULWIDER, 59, was out on bond after being arrested on charges of sexual battery on a minor on OCTOBER 2nd (NET NEWS 10/3); he was accused by a victim who said they had been sexually abused several times in 2005-2010 while FULWIDER was Senior Minister at FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OF WINTER PARK. FULWIDER left that church in 2012.
FULWIDER's bail was set at $700,000 on FRIDAY, and he was conditionally released, but on SUNDAY night, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS police were called to his home in response to a report of a suicide attempt.
