LOTUS Sports KFFN-A-K285DL (1490/104.9 ESPN TUCSON)/TUCSON has added a new local 7-9a (MT) morning show with UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA football and men's basketball PA announcer and veteran sports talker JEFF DEAN.

OM LARRY MAC said, "We are excited to have someone with the level of expertise that JEFF DEAN will bring to the airwaves here in TUCSON. His love of the WILDCATS, and his passion for sports will help make ESPN TUCSON the destination for local morning sports talk radio in the OLD PUEBLO."
 
DEAN, the former host at KGME-A (FOX SPORTS 910) and KQFN-A (1580 THE FANATIC)/PHOENIX, said, “It's such an amazing feeling to be able to return home. I really hope to strengthen the relationship between the UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA athletic department and the great sports fans of TUCSON. It's time for these fans to know the REAL U of A and I hope that I can help facilitate that.”
