NEVADA PUBLIC RADIO has filed for a Silent STA for KLKR/ELKO, NV after the former site owner, RUBY RADIO's KEN SUTHERLAND, allegedly shut off the power and changed the locks in a dispute over alleged monies owed for past electrical usage.

And EDGEWATER BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of K232EB/HOT SPRINGS, SD to NELLY BROADCASTING, LLC for $15,000. The primary station is Religion KASD/RAPID CITY, SD.
