ENTERCOM's mental health initiative "I'M LISTENING" has launched a multiplatform live daily talk show about maintaining mental health during the CORONAVIRUS pandemic. "I'M LISTENING: STAY CONNECTED" is hosted by therapist Dr. CHRIS DONAGHUE with help from "MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER" PATTI STANGER, AMBER ROSE, SCISSOR SISTERS singer JAKE SHEARS, FRANKIE GRANDE (brother of ARIANA), TAYLOR DAYNE, LINDA BLAIR, and CHANNEL Q host JAI RODRIGUEZ, and will air MONDAYS through THURSDAYS 8-8:30p (ET) (the graphic issued to promote the show reads MONDAY-FRIDAY) on RADIO.COM and via FACEBOOK Live, TWITTER, and YOUTUBE LIVE.
“During this global health pandemic, we are all looking for ways to support each other. Talking is an important tool to help those struggling with mental illness and a way for us to support those who are feeling overwhelmed,” said RADIO.COM SVP/GM PAM RUSSO. “‘I’M LISTENING: STAY CONNECTED’ will provide our millions of listeners across the country access to information and professionals in the medical field, encouraging healthy dialogue throughout this time of great uncertainty.”
“Due to current events, it’s imperative now more than ever that we focus on our mental health with both self and community care,” said DONAGHUE. “‘I’M LISTENING: STAY CONNECTED” is here to help support and guide with the necessary facts and tools, but more importantly we are here to listen.”
