With TECHSURVEY 2020 unveiled (NET NEWS 3/26), JACOBS MEDIA is now conducting a special survey looking at radio listeners' thoughts about life and radio in the CORONAVIRUS crisis.
The survey will go into the field next week and will be free for JACOBS MEDIA clients and those who paid to participate in the most recent TECHSURVEYs, and others will pay a small processing fee.
Questions will gauge listeners' thoughts and how they are using radio and other devices for information and entertainment, as well as their expectations from radio stations. Separate surveys will be completed for commercial, public, and Christian stations; the survey will cover U.S. stations only. JACOBS MEDIA's first web survey came in the wake of 9/11, gauging the radio audience's thoughts after the terrorist attacks.
Registration must be completed by FRIDAY (3/27) and results will be released APRIL 6-8, with a webinar on APRIL 9th for participating stations.
