FCC's Martin Ups Two Legal Advisors

FCC Chairman KEVIN MARTIN ups Senior Legal Advisor CATHERINE BOHIGIAN to acting Chief of the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis. MARTIN also ups Media Bureau Attorney Adviser HEATHER DIXON to Legal Advisor for Media Issues.

“I have relied upon CATHERINE’s good judgment and guidance in legal and policy matters since joining the Commission," said MARTIN ina statement. "I am pleased she will be continuing to serve the Commission by leading OSP, an office that will serve as a critical arm in the development of Commission policy. I also am delighted to have someone of HEATHER’s caliber join my personal staff.”
