CBC RADIO ONE "AS IT HAPPENS" host MARY LOU FINLAY will retire effective NOVEMBER 30. In a memo announcing her exit to CBC staffers, FINLAY said that "(i)t's just the right time for me, even though it will be hard to leave... I've never loved a job more."
