Yale Football Voice Galiette Passes Away

Condolences to family and friends of longtime YALE UNIVERSITY football radio voice DICK GALIETTE, who died FRIDAY (10/21) after a brief illness at 72. 

GALIETTE worked YALE games for 33 seasons, most recently on WELI-A/NEW HAVEN; he appeared on the first five games this season before falling ill after the OCTOBER 15 LEHIGH game. He was also known as the former longtime sports director of ABC affiliate WTNH-TV/NEW HAVEN (1963-1981).
