CRB Announces DJ Hall Of Fame Inductees

The COUNTRY RADIO BROADCASTERS (CRB) announces the 2006 award winners and inductees for the COUNTRY MUSIC DJ HALL OF FAME. Former SONY/NASHVILLE Pres. JACK LAMEIER will receive the prestigious President's Award, an award given to an individual who has made significant contributions to the growth of Country Music. LAMEIER started with SONY over 40 years ago as an inventory clerk in the CINCINNATI branch office and rose through the ranks of sales and promotion before landing the top spot.
The 2006 inductees to the COUNTRY MUSIC DJ HALL OF FAME include long time KSCS/DALLAS morning guru TERRY DORSEY, R&R NASHVILLE Chief and COUNTRY COUNTDOWN HOST LON HELTON and veteran HOUSTON area talent ARCH YANCY. The COUNTRY MUSIC RADIO HALL OF FAME will induct legendary Country programmer JONATHAN FRICKE and CRB Exec. Dir. ED SALAMON.
