The FCC's Open Meeting agenda for OCTOBER 28 has been released, and the oft-delayed review of media ownership rules is not on the agenda. On the agenda this time are reviews of the Emergency Alert SYstem and the "significantly viewed" rules in the Satellite Home Viewer Extension and Reauthorization Act.
