CAPITAL BROADCASTING VA, LLC is selling Spanish Religion WPWC-A (RADIO ZION 1480)/DUMFRIES-TRIANGLE, VA; Tejano WURA-A (RADIO UNIDA 920)/QUANTICO, VA; and W251CH/MANASSAS, VA to AMIN SEGUNDO (WASP PRODUCTIONS) for $250,000 (WPWC) and $700,000 (WURA-W251CH) plus time brokerage agreements already in place. The seller purchased WPWC for $175,000 earlier this year.
