KALL (ESPN 700)/Salt Lake City Inks Extension To Air University Of Utah Sports

UNIVERSITY OF UTAH sports will continue to air on BROADWAY MEDIA Sports KALL-A (ESPN 700)/SALT LAKE CITY under a contract extension with rights holder LEARFIELD's UTES SPORTS PROPERTIES carrying the deal through the 2026-27 season. UTES athletics have aired on KALL since 1951; the current deal includes live game coverage of football, men’s and women’s basketball, gymnastics and weekday night and weekend home baseball games, plus football and men's basketball coaches' shows. BILL RILEY remains on board as football, men’s basketball and baseball play-by-play voice of the UTES.

“We are pleased that the contract with ESPN 700 to be the flagship radio home of the Utes has been extended for another five years,” said UNIVERSITY OF UTAH Director of Athletics MARK HARLAN. “In partnership with our multimedia rightsholder UTES SPORTS PROPERTIES, ESPN 700 has played a vital role in serving our great fans far and wide with high-quality game broadcasts and additional programming, including coaches shows. We look forward to continuing this great relationship.”
