Scott Michaels Replacing Randy Davison As President/GM At KHPE (Hope 107.9)/Eugene-Springfield, OR

EXTRA MILE MEDIA Contemporary Christian KHPE (HOPE 107.9)/EUGENE-SPRINGFIELD, OR and Religious KWIL-A/EUGENE-SPRINGFIELD, OR have hired SCOTT MICHAELS as its new President/GM. Michaels has over twenty-years experience in fundraising, content creation, and ministry management. He most recently worked with i58:10 MEDIA as Director of Radio Station Fundraising and assisted with the launch of the Worship 24/7 RADIO NETWORK.

Current President and GM RANDY DAVISON will remain as Executive Director of FRIENDS OF HOPE, the non-profit that owns and supports EXTRA MILE MEDIA. Both DAVISON and MICHAELS will work side-by-side and will report to their organization's respective Board of Directors.

DAVISON commented, “We are thrilled to have someone with the experience, knowledge, and passion that SCOTT brings. We look forward to a bright future as we continue to celebrate our sixty-four year legacy.”

Michaels starts in this new role WEDNESDAY (6/1).
