Gemini XIII Invests In Diversion Podcasts, Creates New Podcast Network

SPENCER BROWN and CHARLES STEINHAUER's GEMINI XIII podcast company, launched in MARCH with the acquisitions of THE INFINITE AGENCY and PHANTOM PRODUCER (NET NEWS 3/15), has invested an undisclosed amount into podcast producer DIVERSION PODCASTS, creating a podcast network, DIVERSION AUDIO, that will serve as GEMINI XIII's content division, developing podcasts from sister company DIVERSION BOOKS' intellectual property. DIVERSION founder SCOTT WAXMAN will head the new network with SVP/Content and Development JACOB BRONSTEIN and SVP/Production MARK FRANCIS.
