Carmen Brown Named VP Programming/Content At Radio Training Network Stations

RADIO TRAINING NETWORK Contemporary Christian WCIE (THE JOY FM)/TAMPA GM CARMEN BROWN has been named VP of Programming and Content for RTN. BROWN brings 26 years of experience to her new role; she will continue as GM for THE JOY FM NETWORK in FLORIDA/GEORGIA as well as host THE MORNING CRUISE with DAVE CRUSE and BILL MARTIN.
