Revenues Rise

SALEM MEDIA GROUP saw total revenue rise 5.5% year-over-year to $62.6 million, ahead of 2020's $58.3 million and 2019's $60.5 million. Driving the increase was a 10% gain in broadcast revenue to $48.4 million; digital revenue rose 7.1% to $10.3 million, while publishing fell 31.8% to $3.9 million.

Net income more than quadrupled, jumping 438.4% to $1.7 million (6 cents/diluted share), mostly due to a $1.7 million gain from the sale of land in PHOENIX, and EBITDA rose 8.6% to $8.2 million, but Adjusted EBITDA fell 13.67% to $6.8 million.
