NRG MEDIA is swapping AC KLIQ (THE BREEZE 94.5)/HASTINGS, NE and $270,000. to ETERNAL BROADCASTING for Classic Rock KROR (ROCK 101.5)/HASTINGS, and ETERNAL will in turn sell KLIQ to PLATTE RIVER RADIO for $700,000. The deal brings KROR, which NRG has had a JSA arrangement, under NRG ownership.
