SiriusXM's Steve Lingo Has Passed Away At 56

Condolences to the family, friends and co-workers of SIRIUSXM's STEVE LINGO who has died at the age of 56 after a battle with cancer. LINGO, oversaw the first crew of Sports Board Ops at then XM SATELLITE RADIO. He supervised and trained the first board operators as XM signed on its extensive sports programming.

LINGO was an avid sports fan and a musician, playing percussion in various bands; his most recent, THE MUCKERS.

He is survived by his wife of almost 34 years, SUSAN; daughters, MEGAN and ASHLYN; sons-in-law, GREG and CULLEN; grandchildren, RYEN, CONNOR, DECLAN, and HARLOW; brothers, RICHARD JR., JEFFREY and ROBERT; father, RICHARD, SR.
