MORGAN MURPHY MEDIA Rock KHTQ (ROCK 94 1/2)/SPOKANE APD/afternoon host SCOTT RUSK has been promoted to Programming OM for the company's SPOKANE cluster. RUSK will continue his role at KHTQ, and adds programming operational oversight duties for Hot AC KZZU, Country KXLY (BIG 99.9), Top 40/Rhythmic KEZE (HOT 96.9), KHTQ (ROCK 94 1/2), News Talk KXLY-A, Classic Hits KVNI-A K223AN-FM 92.5, and Sports KXLX-A (ESPN 700).
