FCC Extends January Deadline For Uploading Documents To Public Files

Deadline Extended
In light of technical issues plaguing its Online Public Inspection File platform, the FCC is giving broadcasters and cable and satellite operators more time to upload documents, including quarterly issues/programs lists into their online public files this quarter.
Documents due since JANUARY 1st are now due by JANUARY 31st, although the COMMISSION is encouraging licensees to file as soon as they can.
