ALL ACCESS has learned that E CURTIS JOHNSON has exited his position as PD of LOTUS RADIO Active Rock KKBZ (105.1 THE BLAZE)/FRESNO, effective immediately. He's been PD for KKBZ since APRIL 2019.

JOHNSON told ALL ACCESS, "I’m grateful for the last 43 months at 105.1 THE BLAZE in FRESNO. RASH in Mornings is one of the best creative talents I’ve ever worked with. BEC, ZOLO, and BRAVO were a joy to work with and I wish them all the best. LOTUS did me right going out the door and I appreciate the company for that. I get laid off on 'National Disc Jockey Day.' It doesn’t get more 'radio' than that!"

Prior to his run at KKBZ, JOHNSON had a long background in programming Rock Radio in FRESNO as the former PD of the now defunct KRZR/FRESNO, home of the mascot (JOHNSON's creation) "The Wild Hare."
